Hours of service are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Parents must remain onsite for the duration of time their child remains in our care.

Frequently Asked Questions - Our Crèche

  • We care for all children from 8 weeks up to 4 years.

  • We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

    In the event you would like to request access to the coworking space/meeting room outside of these hours please contact us.

  • Yes, we charge any additional siblings at 50% cost.

  • All of our carers are either qualified and /or experienced in child care (a minimum of 12 months experience) and hold a police check, Working with Children check and have completed a first aid course.

  • Yes, you can be completely involved if you wish and are welcome to come into the Creche at any time during the day.

  • Please ensure you clearly label all items for your child. You will need to bring in a bag for your child:

    All food and snacks, please separate these into containers so we know when to feed each item.

    If your child has allergies, please advise our nannies and bring any emergency medication required.

    Water bottle, milk bottles, formula or expressed milk.

    Cot sheet and sleep sack.

    Spare change of clothes.

    Dummies and soothers/blanket.

    We supply baby wipes, but please bring nappies and creams (or any other nappy change items you would like to use).

  • We have the following care facilities:

    Full change facilities;

    Sleep rooms with white noise;

    Drop side cots and stackable floor beds;

    High chairs;

    All play activities/equipment;

    We have a private breastfeeding area/pumping room available for all breastfeeding mothers and all staff are trained in paced bottle feeding for EBM if you choose to bring expressed milk with you.

  • Our crèche offers a varied and stimulating program for all children from 8 weeks up to 4 years of age. Children can enjoy art, craft, sensory, language and gross motor experiences.

  • All members must check into the Centre upon arrival at reception and show a valid form of ID.

    In the event you need to leave the premises, you will need to check both yourself and your child in and out of the centre. You cannot leave the premises without your child and must stay on premises for the duration of their care in our centre.

Frequently Asked Questions - Our Coworking Space

  • We supply a 24-inch desktop monitor screen, connection cables and phone charging ports.

    Please bring your own laptop and any work/office items you require.

  • We have a kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, tea and milk. In the event you have any specific dietary requirements, please feel free to bring your own items and store in the fridge.

    We have a printer available for use for all booked members.

  • Meeting room bookings are dependent on availability and are booked on a first serve basis, please call our centre to request a booking.

    Each meeting room has a whiteboard and a flat screen TV available for use. You can plug your personal laptop into the TV in the event you wish to use the screen.

    Meeting room bookings are subject to a 2-hour booking limit, you are welcome to bring up to 3 work guests into the meeting room (who can also use our toilet and kitchenette facilities) for the duration of your booking.

    Any meeting guests must show a valid form of ID and check in and out of the Centre at reception upon arrival and leaving. All guests must leave our Centre at the conclusion of your meeting.

  • Please download the Skedda App where you can log in and check your bookings.

    We will also call you to confirm your booking and arrange payment when you fill out our booking form online and will send a confirmation email.

  • By signing up to our membership system, you can lock in set days on an ongoing basis.

    Memberships are billed on a fortnightly basis and are direct debited from your account.

    If you are a member and you cannot attend your pre-booked set day, we offer 1 makeup day per month. This is subject to availability and is at the discretion of our centre.

  • For any casual bookings, you must provide us with 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

    In the event you need to cancel inside of this notice period (within 48 hours of your booked session), we will provide a 50% refund.

    We do not provide a refund for same day cancellations.

  • Yes, please call us on the day for a same day booking and we will do our best to accommodate you in the event we have availability.
